Age 79 - need help for all over soreness & pain from surgeries. Had laminectomy with fusion on 5 lower lumbar and after 6-7 years, scoliosis & shoulder are making me want to give up.

Check out DMSO which is an amazing pain reliever. Cold laser therapy can also be very helpful for soreness and pain.

Three suggestions:

1. Bromelain on an empty stomach (which is supposed to be just as effective as prescription painkillers without the negative side effects.

and

2. Turmeric (one teaspoon) with a few dashes of black pepper in a tablespoon or two of virgin or extra virgin coconut oil. (a remedy I learned about on EarthClinic.com)

3. Borax. I would also begin supplementing with boron using Borax as described on this site and as Dr. Walter Last describes it in "The Borax Conspiracy" and "The Ultimate Microbial Cleanse":

Finally, it's just a fact of life that detox symptoms usually accompany both therapies and most other healing protocols. Be prepared for them by educating yourself about them and doing things to minimize them, but don't let them dissuade you from your healing path. In all likelihood, the worse they are, the more you need them.

And don't give up. Keep fighting and researching. There's an answer out there that will work for you. And if you're persistent enough, you'll find it.
