Alternatives to Cortisone for Arthritis Needed

Widad~~ If you haven't yet looked up Borax for Arthritis, then you are in for a treat! If you are free from arthritic pain, then it is easier to deal with the Cortisone by itself. As usual, I would suggest titrating off of its use slowly until not needed, as you proceed with Borax. I personally believe that Borax baths are sufficient, as the skin absorbs it more gently than the digestive tract at even micro-doses. You will have to try for yourself your own situation.
