Natural Remedies for Anal Sphincter Muscle Cramp

Posted by Bess (Queensland, Australia ) on 02/22/2017

For the past year I have had cramp in my anal sphincter which prevents opening. I can't have a normal bowel movement because the movement just builds up at the sphincter, then hardens, and the only way to go is to put a muscle relaxant cream on and manually force it out. Doctors and a specialist have said they can't help. I am in constant pain both before and after the movement. Changing diet etc does not help because the motions are normal, just the muscle won't let go. Can anyone help?

Bess, I don't see any replies to your plea for help so I thought my suggestion may be of some value. The herbalist, Dr. John Christopher, some time ago developed an herbal formula to help with lower bowel problems and this formula is still available at various on-line sites. He called the formula LBB (Lower Bowel Balance formula) and it heals and normalizes the lower bowel (colon) over time to help the patient to have proper bowel movements and to detoxify the system from any build up on the intestinal walls that can prevent normal functioning. Perhaps the healing nature of this product could help you.

Regards, Jay

Thank you, Jay. I will try that product if I can get it online or in Australia. Anything is worth a try. Thank you for your help.

Good luck Bess.

But remember; herbs are not pharmaceutical drugs. Results do not come quickly. Herbs are like food. It will take some time for your system to heal and strengthen. Keep us posted with your progress.

All the best.

Also I'd look for Lobelia oil if you can find it anti-spasmodic...Lobelia can come in capsule or tincture..but the infused oil can be applied directly.

Dear Bess,

I can truly relate to your problem. Here is a link with information that I have found helpful...especially the cayenne pepper information. http://nstarzone.com/FOURSPICES.html I have another link here somewhere for that too by Dr. Christopher. I am not well organized.
