Hello. A bit of daily outdoor fresh air and sunlight helped me. Also (sorry) more diet advice. Plenty of probiotics for gut flora. Yogurt, kefir, pickles, kimchi, etc. and a good omega 3 source. I truly believe in the mind/gut connection. Keep your system flowing and be gentle with yourself concerning the panic attacks. I used a mantra of sorts: "This feeling is (tight) and (restricting) and (heavy)" fill in the blanks with how you'd feel. Then I closed my eyes and breathed deeply while imaginig imagining how it looked. Then I'd say, "But, I can handle it" and carry on feeling so much stronger. By the grace of GOD I no longer have them and feel so much healthier. Best wishes.

Try an over the counter gas relief pill or the activated charcoal for gas. Right after you eat. I've had problems with that too, and followed by heart rhythm problems when the bloating happens. Beans seem to cause it. Also, a high fat food will. If you eat say- a donut- within 30 minutes you may bloat. This happened to me a few months ago, and it wondered how it could happen so fast. So I researched it, and found that when FAT hits the stomach, it tells the brain that it's on the way to intestines, and then releases a chemical to ready to fight that fat. And when that happens, the gut puffs out like a 4-5 month pregnant lady. Eating food too fast may also cause the bloating.

Once it happens, all I've found to do is grab a gas pill, or an Alka-Seltzer. A little walking or laying on the stomach may help.

I feel your pain! I'm also open to suggestions!!
