Any Home Remedies For Sagging Breasts

Hello, does anyone know any remedies against sagging breast, I don't have no child but I feel like day by day they getting big and more saggier. I know exercise, ice massage are good. any suggestions, please help thank you.

Hormonal changes are possible culprit especially in aging. To help regulate or balance your female hormones supplement Evening Primrose Oil, Fish Oil, and Coconut Oil. Vit-E (natural mixed tocopherols) and Selenium will help.

Hi lauredjie53, have heard the herb fenugreek will enlarge breasts, but I have not found this. what I have seen though is they will fill out a little but not larger. 1st saw this when a lady was taking it as whole herb in capsule form for a chest complaint, she loved the plesant side effect. As fenugreek is good for the lymph system it is a good thing to do for a few weeks. All the best. God bless
