Art, do you have any idea how to eliminate calcification of the Aorta. Seems to be calcium deposits. I think 10,800 fu Nattokinese - what else??
Thank you for any input.

Hi Pat C,

Yes, Nattokinase at the dose you describe should be helpful.

Magnesium glycinate at the RDA for elemental magnesium should be useful. To reach the RDA for women (320 mg) it will generally take 3 to 5 pills and for men (420 mg) 4 to 6 pills depending on the manufacturer.

Vitamin K2M7 will also be useful to try and help calcium to where it belongs, in the bones and not the tissues.

Vitamin D, if you are low or deficient. Studies suggest getting to the 45 to 65 ng/ml on a 25 OH D test can be beneficial.

Aged Garlic Extract can also be useful.

Melatonin, if you tolerate it well, should be very useful also.

Although not as well studied for aortic aneurysm, these are likely to offer some preventative effects.

These would all be high on my consideration list for the purpose you mentioned.

Hi again, Pat C,

I forgot to mention an important one for aortic calcification, Boron based supplements.

So the list now looks like this :

1.The Nattokinase you already said you were considering.

2. Boron based supplement

3. Magnesium glycinate

4. Vitamin D

5. Melatonin

6. Vitamin K2M7

7. Aged Garlic Extract

The above are in no particular order.
