My friend is trying natural things after stopping the chemo and radiation for pancreatic cancer. He has no appetite. Am in need of a natural appetite stimulant for him, please

Medical marijuana (MM), generally works as a good appetite enhancer. When I was a lot younger and we would smoke marijuana, afterword we would get a strong desire to eat, which we referred to as the munchies. Perhaps this can be one potential.
Melatonin can be useful for helping to reduce the negative side effects of chemo and radiotherapy while having its own anticancer effects as well as synergy with chemo and radiotherapy. Melatonin lotion or gel can also help with any radiotherapy burns to the skin.
