Apple Cider Vinegar Liquid Versus Tablets

ACV liquid vs tablets:

Recently I was browsing the supplement store and saw ACV tablets. I already take the liquid version but wondered if these tablets did the same thing. They sure do have the same smell. I thought they would be handy for trips and such. Any opinions ?

My husband uses the ACV capsules. I think they are helpful. I think it is probably better out of the bottle, but for those who can't bear the taste, or as you say for travel, I think it is a good idea.

Apple cider vinegar contains living cultures. Can a tablet contain living culture? Probably not.
