14 Month Old Baby Sick From Recurring Congestion and Fever - Please Help!
Please help me! My 16-month-old child has been experiencing recurring cold symptoms, congestion, cough, and fever since May 2024.
In June 2024, the doctor diagnosed him with pneumonia and prescribed medication. He seemed to improve for a few weeks, but the fever, cold, and cough returned. We gave him the same medication, and while he got better temporarily, the illness never fully went away.
The doctor later confirmed that it was no longer pneumonia, yet the same symptoms persisted. Seeking a second opinion, we consulted a new pediatrician who conducted tests and diagnosed our child with Haemophilus influenzae. He was prescribed antibiotics and other treatments, but now, just four weeks later, the illness has returned.
Our child has already started receiving vaccinations, but we are at a loss for what to do next.
Hello, Ted and everyone—can you help?

Every parent with young children should read ~The Stern Method~ story, follow them etc. I believe they're more than qualified to give you advice u r looking for. Secondly, find a holistic paediatrician. Any paediatrician who starts with antibiotics without a diagnosis is harming your child. https://thesternmethod.com/our-story/
