What is the Best Combination of Remedies for Hep B?

Hi, I tested positive for hepatitis b last year, I have been reading a lot abt the possible cures and treatments for hep B. For those who may know I am considering MMS, Salvia, Ozone therapy and chanca piedra. Which combination would give me the best results in reasonable time.

Please help.
