What antivirals are you taking? Coconut oil, Oregano oil, olive leaf?

I had a horrific case of shingles two years ago and have suffered ever since. Just started taking Ivermectin (horse wormer) with 30mg of zinc and a spoonful of yogurt 5 days ago and it has really helped ease the nerve pain. Passed some parasites too. LOL Feeling soooo much better!! I will continue for a few more days and then take it once a week after that.

Shingles can be treated with acupuncture. In 1983 I was diagnosed with shingles and declined allopathy's cortisone. Acupuncture was recommended by a friend. 3 sessions in one week. All good for all these years.

My husband had shingles for a year in his upper shoulders and across the top of his back. He could bear the pain for a few hours, then would fly off the handle over the smallest thing because the pain overwhelmed him. He did everything Doctors told him to do which was Z Packs. Did nothing for him. Then I took him to my herbalist who said she felt The Lord was directing her to tell him: take 2 to 3 ounces of highly absorbable liquid Magnesium. Wait 3 to 5 minutes. Then take 2 to 3 ounces Zinc. Repeat 4 or 5 times during the day and night. He did so for a week and he was well! She explained the magnesium chases the virus out of the cell and the zinc kills it. It was amazing. We buy our liquid minerals from a specific company because of how the minerals are ionized I believe is correct term to make it highly absorbable. I hope you get relief.

I have chronic issues with herpes simplex, the coldsore virus to the same extreme as you have with shingles. I can't get off the anti-virals. I tried BHT for 9 months at 360mg a day but it never helped me eliminate the virus. Apparently it doesn't work for everyone but it does work for some. I am using Lauricidin, Lysine, and Fulvic and Humic Acid to break replication.

Sorry to report that bht did not work to stop my chronic shingles. ( over 10 years outbreaks )

However, since I've been taking calcium chelate, 600mg. daily, for 2 months. now, I've had no outbreaks.

I'll continue to experiment because shingles is miserable, along with calcium deficiency.

I'm not sure that calcium is antiviral ; I believe its action is to protect nerves.

I recommend it.

Colloidal Silver orally & on skin surface (Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol)

Apply Manuka Honey +20 & cover overnight & do masks during the day, Vitamin D3 drops (don't overdo it), and/or walk outside every day for at least 20 minutes. And of course Vitamin C.
