Taking Borax With A Binder

Hi im new here and im looking into the benefits of taking borax. I have read that a binder is necessary but I haven't seen anyone here mentioning it. Would like to get started right away on this but dont want to cause myself to get sick. So question is, Should a binder be taken while drinking this or not and if so recommendation please and of the course the "how to"
