Borax Regime Questions
I am a 62 year old female and tomorrow I will end my third week of the 1/8 tsp. of borax and 1 liter of water, 5 days on, 2 days off. Is there such a thing as doing it to often? Do I do this the rest of my life, or when do I need to stop it, and then when would I start it again?

Hi Abby,
I've been taking borax for over 17 years and it has kept my arthritis in remission. I have stopped for lengthy periods of time as a test. In the beginning, the arthritis slowly came back and I restarted again at the first signs of arthritis. Now, it does not seem to come back when I stop, but I decided awhile back to keep taking it for its bone strengthening potential and osteoporosis/osteopenia preventative effects.
At the dose I am using, I think it is fine at weekdays only and since borax moves out fairly quickly, I think the two days off is fine for preventing a toxic buildup.
You didn't say if you have noticed any benefit at 3 weeks in?
