Borax Starting Dose For Ruptured Discs and Neuropathy?
I'm new to this. I am a 62 year old man weight about 260 lbs. I have neuropathy and ruptured disc's in my lower back. I also have tendinitis.
What would be a good starting dose for me?

Hi Razz,
Two of the most popular uses for borax are arthritis and osteoporosis. Ruptured discs and neuropathy, not so much, but boron has shown the ability to indirectly increase collagen production while offering anti inflammatory effects and stimulating fibroblast production which would all be useful toward repairing ruptured discs.
Human studies are lacking for boron as regards both issues, but animal studies are suggestive of potential benefit for nerve repair through various methods of action.
