Does Boswellia Help Knee Pain?

Has anyone tried Boswellia for knee pain? What was your experience?

Hi kaviya2609,

I tried several forms of Boswellia extract for knee pain and other pain. It helped, but did not completely relieve the pain and the effects dwindled over time. My knee pain was due to arthritis and what ultimately made the pain go away was borax taken according to Ted's remedy. Ted's borax/arthritis remedy is discussed here :

You didn't say what is causing your knee pain, but that would matter for trying to determine the best remedy to try.

One study stated Bosewellia, Turmeric with Bioperine and Ginger where the top effective anti-inflammatories for knee pain.

Internal pain and cartilage deterioration
