Bulldog Puppy With Heart Murmur

Hi, my 7month old English bulldog has just been diagnosed with a 2.5 heart murmur, please could anyone recommend any supplements to help with this, he's only young and it worries me as bulldogs have breathing troubles as well any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
