Need Natural Remedies for Burning Tongue After Chemo

I recently finished chemotherapy for triple negative, stage 1 breast cancer. My tongue has a burning sensation pretty much all the time and I am looking for any possible treatments. It is not thrush and Gabapentin did not help it. I saw that someone ha suggested Apple Cider Vinegar with baking soda and I am willing to try anything. What is the dosage for the ACV and Baking soda? And I welcome any other suggestions. Thank you
