Can Ted's Borax Peroxide Mix Be Used in the Ears?

Question about the Borax/hydrogen peroxide mange cure - My shitz tsu is always scratching her ears and gets a smell in her ears. Can I squeeze this mixture into her ears?

She probably has a yeast infection in her ears.
