Cardiac Calcium Deposits

Posted by Liz (Michigan) on 10/11/2024

Does anyone have any suggestions for calcium deposits in the heart? I would greatly appreciate any info or advice.

Thank you.

Dr. Christopher had a particular interest in calcium and other inorganic mineral supplements because, while doctors are warned about the dangers, patients are not. I can't find the reference I'm looking for and suspect it was in either an article or somewhere in his unpublished works on another topic...possibly...it may have been a reference within an article about either inorganic/unassimilable minerals or distilled water...or it may even have been in an article about a specific herb or even the heart, specifically, but I can't find it. It was something about inorganic calcium deposits but I don't think those are the words he used...or, rather, I can't seem to find any instances of that particular term...

I'll keep an eye out for it.

Hi Liz,

Magnesium (in a more bioavailable form such as magnesium glycinate) , vitamin D, Vitamin K2 and phytic acid (IP-6) in animal studies, may be helpful for reducing calcification in the heart and arteries along with dietary changes, as discussed here :

https://www.pdcenterlv.com/blog/how-to-remove-calcium-deposits-from-arteries-naturally/

Here is a relevant quote from the article :

' There are certain vitamins and minerals that will help in lowering calcium buildup in your arteries. Increasing intake of the following can help you naturally manage calcium buildup:

Vitamin K2
Vitamin K2 transports excess calcium from where it shouldn't be (your arteries) to where it should be (your bones). K2 will remove calcium buildup from places like your joint and arteries and move it to bones and teeth. MK7, the natural version of K2, can be found in everyday foods, including cheese, chicken, egg yolk, sauerkraut, and beef liver.

Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 (a cholecalciferol) is a vitamin that helps your body absorb calcium. This vitamin works alongside Vitamin K2 to help pull calcium deposits from your arteries. Oily fish is the best source of Vitamin D3, including rainbow trout, sockeye salmon, and sardines. It can also be found in eggs and beef liver, as well. However too much Vitamin D can actually lead to higher calcium scores. Therefore it's important to have your physician check your Vitamin D, 25-OH levels, to help guide your therapy.

Magnesium
Magnesium is critical if you have excess calcium as it helps to balance out the calcium buildup in your body. When you increase the magnesium in your body, it lowers calcium levels. Magnesium-rich foods including chia seeds, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and cashews are some of the best sources of this vitamin.

IP-6 or Phytic Acid
Phytic acid is another inhibitor of calcification in your arteries as it helps to pull calcium and other minerals out of parts where they should not be, like your arteries. Phytic Acid can be found in a variety of seeds and nuts, including sesame seeds, cashews, and almonds. '

I found the reference I was looking for. It was just a comment that was hiding in an article about rheumatoid arthritis that referred to bone spurs - which are inorganic calcium deposits which would explain the close relationship between RA and coronary artery disease. One comment which steered me off in a direction I didn't intend to go, as I've never had such issues.

This is one of those issues that requires an extensive medical history, supervision/support and/or balls of steel. Both in you as well as in anyone who would treat you.

The issue isn't dissolving the calcium deposits - that's easy - the issue is with how the body handles the debris - which can be scary - and with how fearless one is.

Granted, dissolving calcium deposits isn't the same as fixing a heart and leaving the body with "installed hardware" - like a pacemaker or shunts or something - to deal with but there would still be debris - the elimination of which is highly likely to create its own "symptoms". Some of which could be quite scary and how one deals with that - or fails to - is the issue. That's where the "balls of steel" come in and where medicine fails, miserably, as one doesn't need fearlessness when one is immune to prosecution and/or free to turn away risky cases.

Naturopaths aren't angels either. When people mingle their passions with profit, the virtues go right out the window.

This is the difference between Dr. Christopher and the modern naturopath. Dr. Christopher fearlessly cured many incurables and literally wrote the book and freely shared what he'd discovered on how to do it BUT...

..he also spent many nights in jail for that and was "run out of town" more than once while those he'd cured kept silent or, in some cases, turned on him.

In the end, it broke his heart. Not because he suffered harm, but because hubris was - and still is - so prevalent within humanity. Including among presumed to know better.

Look up info on Boron/borax on this site.

Tap water, medications, etc. may contain fluoride, look into eliminating fluoride from your diet.
