Cat With Itchy Skin

My cat has allergies I was told by my vet.he scratches chews at his skin and scratches a lot...I changed his food and water bowls..changed his food ..but he still scratches ..600 dollars to the vet and still nothing is working..what can I do to help him..

I solved my kittys itchy skin problem with a fish oil supplement from chewydotcom for cats. I put a quarter teaspoon in his food or less and mix it up. It worked so fast!!! It has fish oil and vitamin e.
