Cat With Fluid Around His Chest and Abdomen

My cat has gallbladder cancer. Yesterday through an x-ray, fluid was found around his chest and stomach area. They tried to get the fluid out and caused air to go in to these areas. They did a tap to stop the air.
My cat is home with very labored breathing. Would Essaic Tea or any other products help his labored breathing; or even cure his cancer?
