Chronic Sinus Infections - Would Peroxide and Lugol's in Nebulizer Help?

Dear Ted or Bill Thompson,

Hoping to avoid sinus surgery. Chronic infection - may be fungal. Would nebulizing 3% FG H2O2 maybe w/ a couple drops 2% Lugol's be enough to break down biofilms and eliminate the pathogens? How often to do it?For how long each session? The house is mold safe. We assume it's very old exposure. Thank you,
