Colloidal Silver Dosage Question for Art
Hi Art, can you remind me again of how much CS to take? I took it for a while then stopped. Life got crazy and I just plum forgot. I need to start again.

I just use 20 ppm Colloidal Silver (CS) from my two ounce spray bottle that I carry in my pocket. I use one spray in each nostril while inhaling deeply on that side. I will repeat every three to four hours if I am concerned about being in a crowded area as a Covid-19 preventative. In a neti pot I might dilute it to 10 ppm as 20 ppm may have a sting to it. I will also spray it in my mouth and back of my throat.
If I am already sick I will use a cold process vaporizer to inhale the silver into my lungs. Hot process devices don't work for CS.

Hi Betty,
I don't think it is practical to use CS as a cancer preventative because of its potential impact on the gut microbiome and using low doses of CS longer term can create bacterial resistance to CS. For "cancer prevention" I would likely look elsewhere, like melatonin, but that's just how I look at it.
