More than a year I use colloidal silver daily 2 sprays in each nostril and 8 sprays in mouth. I found it useful for infections and immune system. I would like to know is it ok to continue for longer time or for good.

I have a friend who uses it and has done so with no problems. I have told my friend it is useful to use it regularly for 1 to 2 weeks to try to knock the sinus infections out completely and then use it only as needed once the infection is eliminated. Using it everyday indefinitely, can create bacterial resistance to the colloidal silver (CS). You wouldn't normally use an antibiotic forever and it is not advisable to use CS continuously forever.
