Jatin, it is possible you are having too much fiber. The studies on fiber showed benefit only to those with normal movements. Not constipated people etc, which is who it is marketed at. You need to add something slippery to allow the passage. Think organic coconut oil, tsp a day, slippery elm, mallow extract. These are plants with mucilaginous properties and mallow grows like a weed, you may research plants with these properties around you or order the mallow online. A pinch of unrefined sea salt to each large glass of water you drink will make it more usable by the body, and provide minerals. Chlorophyll liquid few drops will also enrich your water. Something to consider and possibly research further, Ted advised sugars and complex sugars (carbs from starches) feed cancers. The beetroot juice is a great anti-cancer addition, and if you can, slowly increase the amount and look into adding asparagus and lemon (organic). Best to you.
Hi Jatin, Hard stool/constipation is due to body being very acidic therefore the patient should be given 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate with one lemon's juice in 8 oz of water twice a day which will help to alkalize the body and the stool will soften. As for fissures, one should apply extra virgin coconut oil, so that the skin along that area will soften and will not crack further to avoid any infection. you should also apply Lugol iodine on that area to avoid infection. Good luck, Baldev
