Constantly Out of Breath - COPD?

At 6 years old, I was diagnosed with asthma. No shots necessary, just avoidance treatment. It has been well controlled all of my 76 years of life. Never been a smoker, etc, but worked in the garment industry and fabric stores for over 40 years, constantly around formaldehyde (the main chemical in fabric). The darker the fabric and the brighter the colors the more formaldehyde was necessary to dry out the fabric. The dropdown heaters blowing over the fabric caused fumes in the warehouse where I worked. I was diagnosed with multiple-chemical-sensitivity illness about 30 years ago. About 3 years ago my Dr. said that I had COPD. I don't use anything with fragrances and haven't since I was small. I use vinegar, baking soda, salt, & lemon juice for cleaning, like we did in 1950's. I constantly feel out of breath with any exertion, even walking. I've tried chair yoga and walking, along with silver sneakers at the senior center. I have taken numerous supplements for over 30 years that have helped. I do have a few issues that I take medication for but prefer holistic and herbal approaches. Heat over 73 degrees F. and cold under 58 degrees F. seem to be real issues for me. I live in NE Ohio so when it is uncomfortable outside, I stay in my home, away from chemicals, etc. I am searching for resolutions for the breathing issues. It seems to have gotten worse this year since a virus from Jan. - Apr. I saw the Dr. numerous times. No Covid or Flu. 8 tests over 4 months said so. I've been using inhalers and still no relief. I was told that the formaldehyde had stiffened the tissue of the lungs. I am open for any thoughts and suggestions. I am ordering food grade hydrogen peroxide to use with my nebulizer. I am hopeful.
