Cyst of Mandible on Front Tooth

Husband went to dentist yesterday and they told him he has a cyst of mandible. It just happens to be on his front tooth and now requires extraction. I have never heard of this and am looking for advice or suggestions of natural ways to save his tooth (and expense) of pulling, bone graft, sedation...Thank you in advance.
