Daughter 48 And Help Needed For Failing Kidneys

My daughter is 48, she has had open heart surgery at 37 and has been in pretty poor health. Two years ago, her bowels became loose and doctors could not tell her why. She was diagnosed two weeks ago with level 5 kidney failure,
If anyone has any advice as to which supplements would help, please let me know, this a wonderful site and God bless those who contribute to this forum.
