I just have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Can anyone help me with this? I already have a brain aneurysm. The doctor just told me today. Thank you all so much and bless the founders of this website!

Mary, there are some "must do's" under the current health circumstances you have - no matter what else you are doing. The science is definitive:

1. Cut out all added sugar from your diet.

2. Exercise daily.

3. Stop eating processed food.

4. Eat large quantities of salads

5. Add a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar to your diet daily

6. Stay in movement at least 75% of the day. (Note - I changed my career at 40 to one where I am walking/standing 8 hours a day. It took over 3 years - but it was worth it! )

7. Get the poisons out of your daily living environment. Use natural products on your skin and hair. This will allow your body to heal gently without added immune stressors.

Getting healthy is a process - it doesn't happen overnight. Be gentle with yourself - and be sure you have your "Why" in your mind daily. This will keep you motivated to change.

Lastly, find great sources of information which support your need for change. My favorite sites are Nutritionfacts.org, Dr. Mercola, Dr. Josh Axe, Dr. Carolyn Dean.

Lastly, because you have had a brain aneurysm, I surmise you may be on doctor prescribed meds so, the site, "The People's Pharmacy" can help guide your healthcare decision making with some scientific objectivity.

I rarely seek a physicians counsel on healthcare matters but, in your case, an integrative approach may be necessary.

All the best Mary,

Myway :D

About the aneurysm, the body makes a molecule called elastin which gives the blood vessels rubber like elasticity allowing them to stretch out and dilate in response to increased need for blood flow and oxygen like when exercising.

The problem is many peoples blood vessels are not very flexible. They lack the ability to stretch and absorb blood pressure spikes.this means if the blood vessels are too stiff to stretch they rupture very easily. Doctors call than an aneurysm but dr joel wallach knows better. He calls aneurysm a copper deficiency. What can cause a copper deficiency? An over supply of zinc. The two metals need to balance each other out. What are signs of a copper deficiency? Well one that's easy to see is premature grey hair.

Another very important amino acid that helps to regulate blood pressure through arterial dilation is arginine. An arginine deficiency can cause your arteries to be stiff and inflexible too. Your blood pressure can be very high from a deficiency of arginine. Supplementation can often bring BP down in just hours.

Now about diabetes you did not specify type 1 or type 2. In type 1 diabetes many different microorganisms can attack the beta cells in the pancreas reducing insulin production. Mycoplasma frequently causes diabetes but its not common knowledge.gAllium nitrate a mineral which attacks mycoplasma has reversed many diabetics back to normal health.wHen the bug is gone, the symptoms go away. Allopathic medicine seeks only to manage disease. They rarely ever seek out and attack the root cause of disease.(See george eby research /gallium/diabetes)

Certain micronutrients are very important among them are chromium and vanadium. Don't underestimate these two little work horses as they have reversed many diabetics too. Sea salt is a good mineral source provided it is mined from ancient salt deposits.

As for type 2 diabetes wrong fats can accumulate in your cells blocking insulin receptors. Margarine is famous for causing type 2 diabetes. Many of the fats we eat every day are very harmful to the body. And can act like tar blocking the insulin receptors on your cells.wHen insulin receptors are blocked we don't get a sugar rush like we often want. In efforts to get the sugar rush we crave we consume more and more and more sugar trying to get pumped up. cancer cells love that idea

Now for something healthy, serrapeptase a systemic enzyme gets busy and scrubs your cells clean helping to reverse many degenerative disease conditions.

As for anti diabetes herbs a great one to try for reversing diabetes and stopping cancer is called gynura procumbens. It is native to Thailand where they use it like spinach. Gynura has a very good flavor and makes a wonderful salad. The tender leaves can be eaten raw or steamed like spinach. It is very easy to grow in a flower pot. You can get rooted starts off the internet for only just a couple bucks.

The plant contains an enzyme called asparaginase which shuts down growth of cancer cells for a few hours. If you are familiar with the "asparagus cancer cure" then this has the same ability.

Dear Mary,

A very effective remedy for pre-diabetes is cinnamon. I take a cinnamon extract formula twice a day and it helps immensely in lowering my blood sugar.
