You want to cleanup your digestive tract and you don't want to kill the parasites. They're leave once the digestive tract is cleaned up but, until then, they're "aerating" what's packed onto the walls which is how nutrients are getting through. Once you've cleaned that up, there won't be anything for them and they'll vacate the premises.

That said, hydrate. Set a timer to go off every waking hour and drink a cup of distilled or even just filtered water with a tiny bit of salt every time it goes off. That way, you won't have to worry about keeping track or wondering if you're hydrating enough.

Distilled water will work a bit quicker but it isn't necessary. It will just take a little longer but you'll feel a whole lot better once you start hydrating, regardless, and instead of the damages moving forward and increasing, they will be backing off and the body will have water with which to flush out the heavy metals and toxins.

Distilled water will simply be able to carry more debris. It's like an empty wheelbarrow while filtered water already has a bit of a load so it won't be able to carry much.

The distilled water will only flush the unassimilable minerals the body is storing, rather than sending through the liver and kidneys.

Depending on the state of your liver, the body may - and probably will - have to eject some of that debris out through the skin so, be prepared but don't try to stop it. You can drink activated charcoal to take some of the load off the skin as it is taking some of the load off the liver.

Activated charcoal can adsorb debris through the walls of the intestines and expel them via the intestines, just like it draws toxins out of the blood through the skin, fat and veins.

I've not come across any references for it but I suspect ingestion of the charcoal - as opposed to apply a patch over the liver - and drawing through the walls of the intestines will also assist in both clearing them up and allowing nutrients through.

Hi Yvonne,

After you've done a cleanse, I would highly recommend trying a non-reactive food diet that is personalized to your body. It's helped so many people eliminate headaches and migraines altogether. You can learn how to do it in a book called “The Plan” by Lyn-Genet Recitas.
