Posted by Shadrack m. (Cape Town (S.A)) on 01/02/2021

Dr diagnosed me a low stroke.

I wish to have a broad undesrtanding of it and how dangerious it could be? I wonder if there is any thing to use as I recover to prevent it to hit me again.

Thank you.

Hi Shadrack m.

You may find the following link useful regarding your situation. I think it is worth adding here that having a stroke of any degree, increases the chance of having another stroke. Doctors are limited in what they have to offer for this condition in terms of recovery and prevention. Here is a link:

I read a lot and then pray and listen to my inner voice . Not all solutions work for everyone . I try to help others find solutions as a seed for my own harvest.

Stroke is usually a result of dehydration + when you don't drink enough water daily or worse very little, you're setting yourself up for a stroke. Meds are unnecessary. Go to bed well hydrated + always begin your day with at least 500g pure water.

Herbdoc.com Dr. Richard Schultz recommends a cayenne tincture that is very powerful.

Hello, If you have been diagnosed with a TIA (minor stroke), I have had two of them. The doctor wanted me to take Statins and instead I take cayenne pepper, red yeast rice and a baby aspirin every day. So far, no further problems for 4 years.

Good Luck.

Hi,

I read some years ago on EC, from a man that saved his father's life with GABA, apparently, the USSR (Russia), used GABA for people to recover from strokes. According to him, his father had afterwards no strokes anymore until he died. rgs

I also take Cayenne. I used to take a teaspoon in water but have switched to an alcohol based tincture which seems to have a more intense effect.

That said, I also sit a lot (60+ years old) so anytime I get any sort of isolated pain in the leg, I use DMSO. Just in case it's a clot because I don't take the cayenne religiously and am often, shamefully, dehydrated, although I've begun setting the timer on my phone to go off every 2 hours to remind me to stop what I'm doing and drink a glass of water.

Stroke...I can only say that if I or mine had one - or thought so or was having one - I would go with DMSO. I know Jacobs treated a stroke victim with a teaspoon every half hour by mouth several hours after the actual stroke which was successful but I THINK would use the same amount, applied to the scalp or wet a pad with it and sit with my bare feet on the pad for 15 or 20 minutes everyday.

It is often the case that if a remedy is needed, that it is easily taken, regardless of how it tastes, just as animals will eat remedies when they need them that they won't eat if they're hungry or a baby will take lobelia tincture if it needs it or a heart attack victim will take cayenne, without complaint. So, if I had a stroke, I might try the DMSO in juice or something - just to see if it's true that if a remedy is needed, it can be taken without complaint - but it isn't necessary. I don't think I could do it as I sit here. Just to try it. But, if I'd had a stroke, I'm betting I could. Never the less, it isn't necessary. You could wet a pad and sit with your feet on the pad and get all you'd need. You can't overdose so...that's probably what I would do. Probably something I should do once per day or once every few days ANYway but, I don't know. I might try that and see what happens.

If you're on medication, the DMSO is going to increase the effect but I have my own ideas about the dangers of that - or the lack thereof - but wouldn't want to recommend not taking that into consideration. Personally, I think it merely carries medication but doesn't apply them. The body does that. If you don't need something you're taking, the DMSO appears to me to simply open all the doors so the body can let it pass right on by. In the front door and right back out the back door, taking what it needs and letting the rest go. But I don't take medications and I'm not going to take medications just to test it but it is a "carrier". It carries what's needed in but it also carries what isn't needed or wanted, out so...

And definitely do the 2 hour hydration schedule. Set the timer on your cell phone to 2 hours and every time it goes off, reset for another two hours and stop whatever you're doing and drink at least one cup of water. 8 ounces. Every 2 waking hours. If you're chronically dehydrated, as most people seem to be, this isn't going to fully hydrate you but your body needs clean water. If you're dehydrated, your body is trying to do everything it can to keep you going but it's having to use dirty water, which isn't good and ANY clean water you take it is going to make the water it's using less "dirty" so even if you're not fully hydrating - which, by the way, can take months or even a couple of YEARS - you're still going to feel a whole lot better with cleaner water in a physical system that uses water for every single thing it does.

Another thing I'd do, with the DMSO or even just with hydration, is sleep. As much as possible. Your body will wake you to go to the bathroom which is ALSO signaling you to take in some fresh water but, sleep. Lots of sleep. Unless you have an interest or hobby or something you really enjoy doing and can get yourself fully engaged in so that you aren't concerned with what the body is doing, sleep. Get your mind out of your body's business and let it do its thing. DMSO and clean water, both, are fantastic tools for the body to use in both stopping damage AND making repairs so - let it. And when you're awake, give attention to things you enjoy rather than to your body. Just get your mind out of its way. Your body knows EXACTLY what needs doing and PRECISELY what order it needs to do it IN. You don't. Don't try to "help". Give it what it needs and let it do its thing. Watch some movies you find fun and funny. Keep your spirits up which will raise your mind up and out of the body's way.

One more thing - repairs are an experience. You may have some "symptoms" as your body begins repairs. You can't NOT, when your life is being "saved". So don't assume something bad is happening. Just let it do its thing. TRUST it, provide it with water - and DMSO, if you so choose - and let it do what it needs to do.You might also toss in some awe, as it starts making you feel better. Some appreciation - some acknowledgement and recognition of how awesome it is...just be amazed by it. Shouldn't be difficult because it is inherently AMAZING so, give it a giggly, heart-felt high-five every once in a while!!

Hi Cindy (Illinois) -

I enjoyed your post. I liked how you encouraged us to appreciate just how awesome our body truly is:

I've taken this old body of mine for granted for way too long. I'll have to show it a bit more respect and let it know it's cherished!

Thanks again!

Cheers, Tessa

It's so amazing that anytime you give it a sincere high-five or otherwise send it some love, it RESPONDS to that. As if to say, "How cool is THAT?!?! ". I was bending over, picking stuff up off the floor the other day after I wrote that and couldn't believe how easy it was! Applied some heavy duty muscle power to a window from an odd position, one-armed, sideways, high above a table, pushing at the very tip of how far I could reach and couldn't believe I didn't pull anything or experience discomfort at all from it! THAT'S how amazing the body is! The top window would not close and the temp was dropping fast so I had no choice but I did it and it didn't hurt a bit! And I even made a specific mental note so I'd remember because I just knew I'd wake up sore the following day and wonder what the heck I'd done to myself but didn't even have so much as a twinge!
