Do I Have to Use Distilled Water for Ted's Mange Treatment?

Hello: The water in the treatment, must it be distilled water, or can I use regular water from the tap? Also, the dog I will attempt to treat is a street dog. I have 5 dogs at home and I certainly will not bring the infected dog to my home. I don't want my 5 dogs to get mange. I don't know where the dog sleeps, so I cannot clean it's sleeping area. I started feeding the dog a couple of days ago and I noticed it's constantly scratching itself. I'm not even sure I can spray the dog with Ted's cure but I'm sure going to try. I'm trying to save this dog. It's been abandoned (like thousands of dogs here in Costa Rica). Wish me good Luck!
