Do I Need to Bathe Dog Before Using Ted's Mange Treatment?

Do I need to bathe my dog before I apply Ted Mange solution or can I apply it directly to the dog while her fur is dry?

When we used Ted's Mange Cure on our goats, we did not bathe them first and the cure was definitely a cure for us!
