Do I Need to Dilute 3% Food Grade Peroxide or Can I Take It Neat?
I can't purchase 35% food grade HP here in the UK. I understand that it has to be diluted anyway and have managed to purchase a 3% dilution. I'm a little confused with the dilution required for the therapy as outlined in the one minute cure book. Have I the correct dilution? Or should it be 35%? As I have a 3% do I still dilute or take neat following the recommended drops per day? Would appreciate your help on this. Thanks, Marion

Hi Marion, Like you I found it difficult to purchase the 35% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide here in the UK. So after much internet surfing on dose protocols, I bought 12% food grade HP and diluted it down with distilled water to 3% HP. I bought the distilled water from my local chemist for £4.50 for 5 litres (gallon). It is labeled 'purified water', but is the same thing.
Next using the 3% HP I used the following dosing schedule.
1 teaspoon of 3% HP is equivalent to 12 drops of 35%HP The average teaspoon is 5ml So, using the dosing plan from a book, this is the schedule I have worked out and am using.
I take the drops in 6 - 8 ounces of distilled water 3 times a day (on an empty stomach). I use a 5 ml measuring syringe I got from the chemists. The numbers in brackets are the equivalent in drops of 35% HP 1.25ml (3) 1.65ml (4) 2.05ml (5) 2.50ml (6) 2.90ml (7) 3.30ml (8) 3.75ml (9) 4.20ml (10) 4.60ml (11) 5.00ml (12) 5.40ml (13) 5.85ml (14) 6.25ml (15) 6.65ml (16) 7.05ml (17) 7.50ml (18) 7.90ml (19) 8.30ml (20) 8.75ml (21) 9.20ml (22) 9.60ml (23) 10.00ml (24) 10.40ml (25) This calculation is the closest I could get to the dosing schedule outlined. There is a minor adjustment of 40 - 45 ml increments, but they are so small they will not affect the overall dose. Hope this is of some help to you.
