Dog Vomiting Blood a Few Hours After Eating Bully Sticks

A visiting dog stole and ate several bully sticks. Later she vomited most of it up, but a couple of hours later she vomited up kibble and it looked like blood. Any advice appreciated, can't afford a vet! Please help.

Please, PLEASE get the dog to the vet NOW! For something this serious DO NOT POST MESSAGES ON A MESSAGE BOARD!!!!! Take the dog to the VET, even if it's the 24-hour emergency vet!
