Posted by Reema (Kampala, Uganda) on 01/21/2015

hi!

Even I'm on the same boat, my daughter is 8 yrs old, and her breast tissues are developed, and her weight is also growing more, her waist and tummy growing bigger... I'm worried. At such a small age, she has a body like a teen age girl.. I'm worried .. can anyone help me know how to slow the growth of her breasts.

R: This early puberty syndrome is becoming more common due to environmental factors like compounds in food & water.

Here are two links describing the problem

To help solve this problem the fallowing nutrients should be taken by your daughter. 1. Methionine with B-12 & Folic Acid. 2. Evening Primrose Oil (EPO). 3. Diindollymethane (DIM).

My daughter seems to be experiencing early onset at age 7. We've eaten a whole foods diet, limited soy intake, organic veggies, natural/ limited body products (only ACV for hair, homemade lotion, natural tooth paste etc), homemade cleaning products) for the past 3+ years. She started showing breast buds last year, again recently and I just saw that she is starting to get underarm hair. I want to help slow the progress. Tim, why do you suggest those items above and what is your experience with this, just research, school, family members??

These nutrients enhance detoxification and lipid metabolism thus preventing the buildup of zenoestrogens and aiding their removal.

My experience is that I have a lipid metabolic disorder, and like many men also must be on the preventive of excess estrogen. So, this condition becomes quite visible in preteen girls but is also a problem for many people although they don't realize it. In the culture of male athletics and bodybuilding, it has been discovered that efforts to increase testosterone was being inhibited by excess estrogen and so now these nutrients are used for this purpose.

It may prove beneficial to see an MD Endocrinologist as there can be a glandular problem. The Thyroid & Adrenal Glands are particularly important and help maintain balance to hormones and metabolism. Post menopausal women are particularly plagued by hormonal imbalance.

A common problem in this area is Iodine deficiency. A good start for increasing Iodine and better health in general is using Iodized Sea Salt and/or supplementing Kelp. Common causes of Iodine deficiency is Chlorinated water whether it be drinking, bathing or showering, or constant exposure to public swimming pools. Do be advised to not take Kelp and DIM together at the same time as per absorption problems.

You listed many improvements for clean living but it is very important to filter your water with a standard carbon filter. Floride or Flourine is way more harmful than Chlorine and displaces Iodine and the poor little Thyroid Gland goes bad and then the above disorders ensue. In my case, carbon filtered water was not sufficient and so only recently I filter then Ozonate my drinking water and have installed a filter on my shower head. If your family takes baths, it is advised to add 2 grains of Sodium Thiosulfate (water dechlorinator found at pet or swimming pool stores) to remove the chlorine and floride. Floride is a potent endocrine disrupter and enemy of the Thyroid Gland.

Hello, My son who is 10 jas precocious puberty. The hospital has put him on the injections to holt the puberty but I'm really worried about him having this. I have hunted for natural remedies to use rather than the jabs. Can you tell me vitamins and minerals my son should be taking please. Thank you?

Hi Kate, I recently watched a very informative video by Blaire White, she is part of the true trans community and did a video on puberty blockers. She knows these as chemical castration pharmaceuticals, the same meds given to pedophiles in prison. I would suggest strongly that you don't let your son take those. I would however maybe call Northtexas Healing Center. They take a natural approach to the human body to help optimize health.

Hi Kate, for your son, he should strictly avoid any and all products containing tea tree and lavender essential oils as those interfere with sex hormones, specifically they can raise estrogen levels. Also, avoid non-organic dairy which contains added hormones. I don't know which supplements could help other than melatonin, which is involved with our body's hormone production. Perhaps if you can share more about why his body is going through early puberty we could suggest supplements.
