What Could Cause Electrical Shock Feeling in my Hands?

Posted by Jerry (Miramar, Florida) on 04/14/2016

I have been experiencing small electrical shocks to my hands and palms lately. If I'm sitting or standing, walking around or pushing a shopping cart. I used to feel it in my head a few short years ago. I'm not sure what is going on. Can this be fixed and how? Thank you all.

J: At first glance, there is a big possibility of some type heavy metals in the body. What is your trade or occupation? Do you filter your drinking water, buy purified water??

Dear Jerry,

Some broad spectrum natural remedies (ones that have potential to deal with a wide variety of problems, since you do not know what you are dealing with) would be:

1. plenty of fluids (purified, as Timh suggests) with a capful of raw apple cider vinegar in at least two of the glasses of water you drink daily.

2. Peppermint essential oil in Coconut Oil - add 10 drops of peppermint essential oil to 1 1/2 teaspoons of coconut oil and massage this into your hands several times a day. (Use less peppermint if this seems too strong. And don't touch your eyes after you apply it to your hands.)

2. Burdock Root Capsules, for their purifying effect on the blood and help with nerve issues. 4 capsules 2-3 times a day.

Let us know how it goes for you.

Hi, Thank you for getting back to me. I started taking acetyl l-carnitine, one before bed at nights, because it makes me drowsy. it seems to be working so far. the feeling I used to get in my head, whatever it was, came with some memory loss. Which is difficult to function, take part in conversations, remember punch lines, I'm afraid to go out there and get a job that I am qualified for. One time I found myself sitting at the table, I had sat there for over an hour, and not remembered where I was and what I was doing there.
