Hello all, thought I would see if anyone had some insight. My daughter for most of her life has been very emotional. I e tried teaching her how to handle emotions, etc. She has also gained a bit of weight over the last 2 years, I don't feel like she eats enough to justify it. But wondering if anyone has tried any type of supps or eating changes that have helped something like this. Thanks!
