Enlarged Aorta, Bicuspid Heart Valve, Mild Regurgitation/Leaky Valve & Fatty Liver Moderate

I am a 38 year old male, Armenian background, 182 pounds, 5'7", I am fairly active.

I have a history of cancer, and brain aneurysm in the family. My mother passed away from a brain aneurysm at the age of 42, my father passed away from cancer at the age of 53.

Now my health troubles begin:

Re: Enlarged Aorta, Bicuspid Heart Valve & Leaky Valve

I have an enlarged aorta 4.3, bicuspid or functionally bicuspid heart valve with mild regurgitation, it grew from 4.2 to 4.3 in the past year.

I also have a moderate fatty liver

I am a father of 4 young children, and I am requesting help from the community.

I have used earth clinic for nearly 10 years to heal various ailments I have had, but never posted here or created an account.

With these health issues, I want to reach out to get help and support and advise on to heal and reverse these naturally.

I have tried Vitamin C IV/Myers for about a year, and I didn't see any improvement, infract the aorta increased in size, I thought that would help.

I have been doing some research, and I have purchased colloidal copper, I have read about the copper deficiencies in people with aneurisms.

I am taking ubiquinol, Soil Based Probiotics, resveratrol, Flax Oil, Lysine, L-Proline, Garlic, Liposomal Vit C, Liposomal Glutathione

Please help

Dear Andy,

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. It is found in the bones, muscles, skin, and tendons. Collagen forms a scaffold that provides strength and structure within the body. The most prevalent type of collagen is type 1 collagen. Type 1 collagen is made from bovine and marine animals. I have been eating a lot of fish like canned Royal Red Wild Alaskan Salmon, cod, tuna and sardines. I also have been eating grass fed beef, non-GMO edamame, chicken, turkey and lamb. The National Institutes of Health research suggests that omega-3 fatty acids may inhibit cell death and could be instrumental for reconnecting damaged neurons.

I try to get my carbs from veggies on the list below like sweet potatoes, spinach, kale, potatoes, broccoli, avocados, cauliflower and bell peppers. I also take a multi-vitamin multi-mineral complex.

High protein foods are found in foods like chicken breast, salmon, tuna fish, chicken liver, turkey, grass fed beef, milk, peanut butter, cottage cheese and nuts like almonds and walnuts.

According to Dr. Steven Masley the arteries are like tubular muscles. Muscles need protein. Here is a link to his website

Dr. Budwig recommends cottage cheese and flax seed oil. Here is a link to the Budwig Protocol

Here is a link to a BMI calculator. The midpoint in the normal range for BMI is 21.7. It would be higher for bodybuilders since they have more muscle mass and muscle weighs more than fat. Protein builds muscle. Enter your height and keep changing around the weight until you arrive at the ideal BMI for you. For example, my husband is 6 feet tall. His ideal weight would be 190 which is a BMI of 25.8. His BMI is a little high but he works out and has extra muscle mass so 25.8 is ok. Here's the link:

You can take the information and plug it into the DRI calculator using the ideal weight you would like to be https://www.nal.usda.gov/human-nutrition-and-food-safety/dri-calculator

Ah - anything to do with the heart, circulation or the threat of any sort of internal bleeding - cayenne. I use a tincture - dropperful under the tongue (YOWZA), just for fun. But if I wasn't doing that and developed symptoms that suggested any sort of disorder in that regard, I would use the whole thing. As in, a teaspoon of full-on cayenne powder in a glass of water every morning. It only stings for a few seconds and once you've proven that to yourself and have done it a couple of times, it's super easy. It burns like the dickens but won't hurt you. In fact, if I have any sort of eye issue, I use cayenne in water as an eye wash and leave the granules in there to keep working while the body figures out how to flush them out.

Hi Andy,

I have an enlarged valve in my heart at 4.6.The Dr. says if it gets to 5.0 they will fix it, I have been putting the Brand - NoW - Frankensence Oil twice aweek and it has been stable for 7 years. Rub 2 drops on the chest area morning and bedtime. Dr. is amazed. Also if you were to put a drop or 2 on your finger and rub it on the roof of your mouth a few times a day this will shrink any brain issues, and will fix what needs to be fixed.

This works for me.

Take care Andy

Gary
