Exposed my back skin to a burn, that looks like lace, due to overheating, due to my overuse of heat pads due to backaches. I used it approx 4-5 hrs a day for 2 months. I discover it to be Erythema Ab igne.

Looking for a natural cure.

Were you able to fix your issue with the heating pad? I have the same thing on my stomach.
