Need Help for Dog With Excessive Barking & Constant Hunger Issues

You didn't provide any info on the dog's situation (breed, age, etc), so it's not really possible to offer info on the excessive barking. Barking = talking for a dog, so what is the dog trying to tell you? It could literally be caused by a hundred different reasons.

As for the hunger issues, well, that wasn't explained either. It could be a not-enough-food issue, not-enough-protein issue, or even a parasite-issue if its been losing any weight. There are lots of tips posters here can share but we need just a bit more information. I know you're probably frustrated, so please share more info when you can.
