I Feel Terrible Even Though My Lab Work Shows No Problems

Wished I knew of a cure!! I was diagnosed with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) in 1982. I am not even going into how long it took for the Dr.'s to listen to me. But, since, I have started an exercise program, which really was 1 step forward and 2 back, but I think I managed pretty well, go to the gym 5 days a week, and only have symptoms after having a cold or the flu. Now I seem to have what you classified as Fluoride poisoning, also, have signs of hypothyroidism, but Dr.s keep telling me after testing, that my thyroid is fine. Thyroid disease runs in my family. I have periods of absolutely no energy, nausea, palpitations and whole bucket full of other symptoms, had blood work done last month everything showed up as being good, also, wore the 24 hour monitor, no problems!! These periods are getting closer and closer together, I am beyond myself, not be able to go the gym. I am 5'7 and weigh 122lbs. I take no meds.

Wish someone would help me. Dr.s' are no help.

I am also, looking at "The Bromide Dominance Theory". Thank you for listening. Kitty.

Try supplementing with iodoral. Balances out the thyroid and should give you your energy back. Most people are deficient in iodine. This solves the issue.

Iodine supplements and also vitamin b complex should do the trick, and also its winter time and most people are vitamin d deficient especially if you live upnorth (lack of sun) so one a day would also help a lot, hope you feel better soon :)

Dear Mary,

In addition to the good suggestion of Iodine, you might look on these pages for ideas to improve overall health.

Health and Wellness Tips

Detoxification

Magnesium and Vitamin C are two other important nutrients.

I hope you will find a combination of things that will help you to feel better. It may take some time - healing takes longer when you have been sick a long time.

Your rampant and physically-unsupported symptoms are typical to a food allergy. Taking 200 MG magnesium citrate per day could very well reduce your symptoms, as magnesium calms allergic reactions. Suspect wheat gluten or dairy as a plausible cause. Substitute rice and oats for wheat products. No barley or rye, either.

Have you looked into Fungus? Candida is also known as a yeast infection, but could be anywhere on the body. Like toes and warm moist areas. It can also be systemic and cause the CFS symptoms as well.

Your local Health food store may carry a product that worked for me, along with changing what I eat, called Syntol. I take it along with a product called Florphage and lots of good ol' Probiotics. I take the 50 billion twice a day.

You will feel worse before you feel better because as the fungus die off, the carcasses per se, make you ill because they are a mycotoxin.

A great book is called "The Fungus Connection" by Doug Kaufman. He also has a site you can look at online too, just google it. (don't know the rules on posting links so don't want to get in trouble..giggle)

Also, another book that has helped me is called "When the Body Says No" by Dr. Gabor Mate'. This will help with the mental state of understanding why this is happening to you. Why it happens to any of us really... and how to correct it.

My long story is years with Dystonia, un-diagnosed until now, and all the problems that come from bad nutrition, (easy eating as I called it) surgery to my neck along with loads of prescription pain meds and really bad side effects from steroid shots for pain. Lots of trauma in my life as well as a really bad divorce. (due in part to my illnesses and him being an unfeeling human being.) Needless to say, I am well again!

I am walking and talking, still have pain issues due to the Cervical Dystonia, but no longer so tired all the time. I know the difference when a nerve storm comes and when I felt sick all the time from CFS which for me was a Systemic Fungus Infection.

Hope this helps! There are a lot of other supplements and homeopathic things to take as well, but start with the Fungus connection. I think you will be surprised at how easy it is to get healthy from CFS. I did!

Cheers, Tamra

You keep talking about pain somewhere, I haven't quite figured out how to paste and copy on here yet, cause im not usually on here much, but please look up "benefits of turmeric tea" it has many benefits and there are a ton of links to choose from, its an anti-inflammatory and pain reducer, you can find turmeric in most grocery stores in the spice section and my recipe is 1 tablespoon turmeric and 4 cups of water and 1 tablespoon honey, I'm sure there are several recipes available, I hope this helps you. and good luck :)
