How to Improve Fine Motor Skills With Hands?

Dear Earth Clinic,

Do you have any suggestions to improve fine motor skills with the hands? Arthritis, lyme, age, etc has effected my hands and control of them and also for fine things. Shaky when holding a cup. And slight loss of control of hands and fingers. I am not sure if this has to do with the brain, spinal cord, mercury tooth fillings affecting the brain. Any suggestions to improve the hands and motor skills? Thank you
