Strategy to combat flu combination of upset stomach and migraine

Can anyone help? Have underlying symptoms of upset stomach with migraine - possibly food poisoning. Have had difficulty sleeping. Been off work for at least three days. Using Cayenne pepper on most food I use but am not eating that well. Trying to uptake fluids; having hot fruit teas with ginger and fresh lemons and water. Sometimes water with cayenne pepper. Hot drink with cider vinegar, honey and cayenne pepper. Trying to eradicate symptoms? Have I missed anything?

It sounds like to me what you are suffering from use to be called a “Sick Headache”termed around the 1900's. You will need to research that to see if your symptoms match up.

Two things I would suggest…. Aloe powder capsules and/or Powdered Activated Charcoal.

Aloe repairs and soothes the digestive tract. Can be taken in powder capsules (preferred) or liquid form.

Powdered Activated Charcoal is my #1 go to for food poisoning and it works in seconds once ingested.

Activated Charcoal Powder is widely used for medicinal purposes, it is nothing short of a miracle for food poisoning. Activated Charcoal is widely accepted as the Universal Antidote for poisoning. It attracts and binds with the toxins in your body, leaving them inactive and then flushing them out of the body thru normal bowel movement.

Sources: If you can not get Activated Charcoal thru a health food store or pharmacy, I have used fish aquarium charcoal (the little black pellets I.e. coconut hull charcoal used in fish aquarium filters) sold to filtrate and clean the aquarium water in the fish supply section at walmart. I use a mortar and pestle to grind them up into a fine powder like talc powder.

Dosage: 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon powder in full glass of water, stir and drink. If the Diarrhea is caused by bacteria (i.e. food poisoning), Instant relief! Take activated charcoal to absorb toxins in the GI system. Actually, activated charcoal is a powerful adsorbent, which is a substance that attracts things to its surface, as opposed to absorbing them into itself. Charcoal will stop the diarrhea quickly by adsorbing the toxins that are causing the problem.

Note: Activated Charcoal will absorb any medication you have taken within 2 hours and the following 2 hours neutralize them. Adjust accordingly.
