Help with how to make a formula for Lyme eradication (hopefully!)

After searching the internet, I found these percentages and ingredients. I do not know how to put them together. Can anyone help? I have been battling this monster for 30+ years. No MD, Naturopathic, Holistic or Lyme Literate Doctor would believe me, even though I had all of the symptoms. It took a OMD and his Thermography test to find it in my brain! The LLD still wouldn't believe or treat me. I asked for an Igenex blood test. It came out Late Term Lyme and Active.

Ingredients I found…

5% Borax (Make Saturated Solution of Borax and take ___?___tsp and add it to recipe)

2-3% DMSO (How much is this?)

Neem Oil (What kind? … Leaf oil, ground leaf…How much to add to recipe?

2-3% DMSO

5% Borax (Make saturated solution and add __?__to recipe of Neem and DMSO

Neem Oil (Need amount)

How to mix and take?

If you mix one level full tablespoon of borax in one cup of distilled water, you will have an approximate saturated solution. The absolute saturation point can very depending on the temperature of the water, but this will be close enough. If needed, run your solution through a paper coffee filter the next day to remove any potential debris and that should be a one cup saturated solution of borax.

This is a correction to my first post. It was confusing….I read this formula on a site for Lyme eradication.

5% Borax

2-3% DMSO

NEEM (No stated amount, but said it was the key ingredient)

How would I calculate and make this formula?
