Need Help With Gas & Burping For Days

Have had huge gas and burping for three days. Ate little the day this began in the pm on Tues earlier this week. Only thing diff I ate small amt of turkey, stuffing & a gravy and started to upset stomach, gas & burping. It's ongoing 24 7. Never had anything like this. Could this be food poisoning? Help and one that may have had this or know someone that has and a natural treatment. Doing some Galeffi but eating less and drinking lots water. Appreciate help. Happy 4th!
