Dear Troubled Heart from Kansas City, Some things that will be of help for cancer of all types:

1. Eliminate any Bromine from your diet. The element bromine displaces the required IODINE in MANY endocrine systems processes and is known to cause cancer. Foods that commonly contain BROMINE are: Any dough or bread product and soft drinks. Read those labels when buying breads and or soft drinks. Any product containing BROMATES, BROMIDES, need to be avoided.

2. The compound BHT is a proven Free Radical and reactive oxygen species deactivator. Some chemical entities that play a role in the spread of cancer. You should be fine with a daily dose of 250mg of BHT per day. Re the Multiple Myeloma;

Causation...google "multiple myeloma virus"

and you'll find a Pub Med abstract on the Epstein Barr Virus (family of Herpes) which has been definitely associated with Multiple Myeloma. Thus, essentially, the EBV may be causing a blood disease (MM).

IF ME...I'd RUN to the store and buy Colloidal Silver AND ECHINACEA... and begin killing a presumed EBV. When I had my own blood tested EBV antibodies were found. VERY common but sometimes the virus can go virulent and produce deadly outcomes. MM can cause kidney failure.

IF ME...I'd buy a CS generator unity (google inexpensive colloidal silver generator) and you can get one for 70 dollars (battery).

I'd be taking on EMPTY stomach (go straight to blood...exactly where the problem is) ...take three times daily, three tablespoon full.

All CSs are not alike. Some claim to be "super" but I've found ineffective. A good CS will kill a sinus infection quickly...two or three sinus irrigations and kill a sore throat with one or two gargles. The variation is why I bought my own unit years ago.

If in your situation, I'd assume Pub Med is right and just MAYBE the cause of my MM is the EB virus. And I'd smash the virus with CS. (And Echinacea...taking five drops in glass of water three times daily away from CS.)

Colloidal silver is NOT safe for people with kidney disorders. It accumulates in the kidneys, liver, and skin. It is NOT an essential element.

Also, BHT is a proven effective treatment for ALL herpes viruses.

Most everyone has their own angle which supports their economic incentive; therefore science gets twisted & skewed into opinion & hearsay, and often almost complete false representation.

I am an advocate of using as many natural remedies as possible. If one decides that Colloidal Silver is the only solution, there is a problem.

If one is suffering severe infection conditions, Colloidal Silver may become an effective part of any number of other treatment remedies. Use it for 1 or 2 wks and monitor results. Are you feeling better, take 1wk off and monitor again for a possible another 2wk rotation. Also and as for combining remedies, Bob Beck recommends Zapping & Colloidal Silver as most beneficial (maybe also rotate this combo on a daily basis, zap today, silver tomorrow). So there you go; used in combination w/ zapping, one can keep Silver levels much lower, reducing any possibility of toxicity.

Speaking of toxicity, look for evidence of documented hair analysis to determine near exact Silver levels, not an array of speculation & opinions (even from well known health care professionals and md's). One person whom I read the most truth in is Jon Barron; Jon seems to have little or none hang-ups or illusions, despite retailing products after his own research conclusions. As for antiviral, I have been using BHT for almost 2 yrs til now and have only benefits to report, no negative side effects for my undiagnosed chronic active viral hepatitis. I do not take it w/ other supplements (as Oscar recommends), but I do take many other supplements simply because it is absolutely mandatory given the extremity of my condition. Also, most of the time my 250mg caps 2x day is very not sufficient. In this case I fallow the BHT (15 minutes later) w/ Echinacea w/ obvious greater effect. I have lately had a major viral surge and am fallowing the Echinacea w/ Chanca Piedra ( I have been for some time using intermittently). The results of this combination is proving effective in my case.

If anyone is using C.S. long-term, do get an hair analysis and report the results here on E.C. so as to dispel speculation.

And you suggest that if anyone is taking CS long term that they should have a hair test performed to test for toxicity and report to EC.

Well, here I am...have been using CS for over 20 years, regularly...four or five times weekly.

I've had three hair analysis tests performed on me by a Manhattan MD (in the past 7 years) who specializes in the same and my silver results all three times are normal. (I was high once in mercury and once in copper, but not silver.)

So there is no accumulation of CS in the system. And as for my skin color there is therefore no tinting/greying. I'm a WASP...alive and well in SC. With an emphasis in this threat on "W".

And for the hundred or so folks over the decades who are CS consumers who I have had personal knowledge, I have never seen any indication of skin color change.

Therefore if there is no skin accumulation and no hair analysis positive for silver accumulation, the other myths propagated about silver accumulation must also be questioned and insistence on strict demonstration of the same, instead of "CS does bad things x, y and z" without substantial authority, should be dismissed as additional mythology.

I enjoy reading research items on line as many EC readers do; but I suggest that scientific articles be read in detail. For instance, if you google "colloidal silver toxicity x" and find an abstract, read the full study. And, make sure you read the footnoted authority given for any relevant issue. One I recently studied criticized CS and in one of the footnotes as authority ... the footnote was actually a proof that CS could inhibit breast tumor growth in vitro!!! And the same footnoted study suggested that more research be done on CS as having anti-tumor potential! That last sentence was actually the conclusion of the footnoted study! Yet that study was cited in the anti-CS article.

My point is, as I've read studies on CS, I've found I must read the detailed footnotes which the writer is using to "prove" his point. And often the so called studies will say things that are undocumented...just a bald statement.

When you see undocumented assertions ...even in scientific related articles...look for sure authority and if it's not there, assume prejudice or misinformation.

And by all means, have a hair test done occasionally if taking CS or anything in quantity and long term. And report the results on this EC site.

Myself and others took to heart your plea for some help. I asked you when this kidney failure occurred? Before or after the chemo therapy treatments? Also, what was the diagnosed reason for said kidney failure ?

I do not ask questions for no reason. The cause of said kidney failure is essential in coming up with a viable treatment. For example if this condition is the result of a bacterial infection drinking 2 or 3 cups of pure cranberry juice per day can help a LOT. Cranberry juice makes the inner surfaces of the entire urinary tract too slippery for a very many bacteria to latch onto. This of course includes the kidneys. This treatment was prescribed to me by a urologist for a chronic urinary tract infection after ALL antibiotics had failed. It is worth mentioning I lost my right kidney due to a severe gunshot wound and only have one kidney. This cranberry juice treatment worked and rapidly. This bacterial infection cleared up in a week or two. I still drink pure cranberry juice and have NEVER had a recurrence of this infection. I drink a cup every now and then. About 3 times a week.

So, drinking one cup a day of pure cranberry juice should help restore kidney function. It at least seems safe. If it in any way aggravates this condition either stop drinking it entirely or go to drinking less of it. I am a firm believer in " First cause no harm ".

But I will end this posting by saying: Your lack of response to myself and the other posters is disappointing. You did ask for help here at this forum. I hope you are not some shill for BIG PHARMA hoping to cause grief for people trying to help you.

hi Dave, talking about silver treatment. This has been done for hundreds of years, apparently with success or we would not be hearing of it now. BHT wasn't known then, and the only reason people can turn bluish because they do not know colloidal silver and mess things up.

However, that has been used to turn people away for obvious reasons. There is more than one way to Rome so to speak and I have equal regard for Bill's expertise and yourself.

I plan on consulting you both soon as I am busy. You are both doing a valuable service to mankind.

Some people (especially those spending hours a week on dialysis ) may not sit in front of a computer 24/7 like many here appear to be able to accomplish.

Dear Cathy from USA, This is a fast moving forum. When you request help here it is up to you to check back in a timely manner.

Also, I spend very little time on my computer. I try and check in here once a day and that is it. You may be right. I do not know. But I am less and less inclined to try and help people who seem unwilling for whatever reasons to bother responding to those trying to be of help. I try and keep up with the few people trying the BHT treatment for viral hepatitis infections.

But keep in mind " Troubled Heart " specifically asked for help from Dave, Oscar, and Ted. I have become wary of people begging for help and then failing to respond. If they can NOT be bothered by responding I really do have no desire to get involved.

Also: Treating cancer is NOT my strong suit. I have already given what advice I have:

1. Eliminate bromine from diet. And ensure an adequate intake of iodine which is not very much and is included in those standard multivitamin and mineral supplements.

2. Take 250mg of BHT per day with water on an empty stomach to boost a person`s body`s ability to deactivate free radicals and or reactive oxygen species. Said chemical entities have been proven to play a significant role in the spread of cancer. BHT also deactivates a large number of viral infections including all herpes viruses.

3. I will add drinking adequate amounts of distilled water should help.

4. Drinking one to three cups of pure cranberry juice per day MIGHT help with kidney failure especially if said failure is the result of a bacterial infection. I recommend starting with one cup per day and seeing if it helps or not.

So, that is about all there is I know of that can help treat cancer and kidney failure. I have NOTHING more to add to this discussion. Good-bye, ...Oscar
