Hello Ellie,
I would start with:
1. MUCUNA PRURIENS - velvet-bean
500 mg pure mucuna
Start: 1 capsule upon awakening, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. May need to increase to 2-4 capsules a day, see your physician.
Mucuna typically consists of 4-7% L-Dopa. In research, it has consistently raised Dopamine levels in the brain. It is tThe most potent and traditional herb used for Parkinson's and movement disorders. It also addresses other issues that may be contributing to it such as some parasites, blood sugar issues, fatigue, etc....
2. DETOXIFICATION
Many chemicals, pollutants, molds, pesticides/herbicides and many other toxins can be involved. Do a consistent detoxification program.
Example: regularly take humic/fumic acid, activated charcoal with clay, powder zeolite (high quality), chlorella (high quality), cilantro (can not get enough of this), sauna/exercise/sweating, many medicinal/detox herbs, liver/kidney detox herbs, infra red therapy/far infra red therapy and many other detoxification therapies that a practitioner can offer.
3. INTESTINAL FLORA - CLEANSE & RESTORE
GLYPHOSATE: make sure you are not eating glyphosate which destroys the critical flora in the intestines largely responsible for making brain neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, etc...
glyphosate is highest in some of these foods: non-organics, oats, wheat, corn, grains, stevia, seeds, produce, etc....
SPIKE PROTEIN CLEANSE: make sure you are still not producing Spike Protein if you had COV19 or had the vaccines - these destroy very critical flora in the intestines and destroy the dopamine/seratonin system.
PROBIOTICS: take the critical probiotics at bedtime is best and/or after meals. Kefir, sauerkraut, some yogurts, kimchi, etc.... are very high in many good strains of intestinal bacterial flora. There are a few good probiotic supplements out there.
Note: regularly eating lots of garlic and onions was shown in research to build health bacterial flora in the intestines better than yogurt and most probiotic supplements!

Great information. The only thing I would add is exercise. It is invaluable to health. All the excellent eating in the world is great, but physically exercising (start slow and work up) is just as valuable.
