Health Advice Needed For Diabetes And High Bp

I need health advice. I have diabetes, with high blood pressure and high sugar. I also have gum disease which (maybe) could be related. Is there any home remedy or any remedy that could help me with this?

Oil pulling with extra virgin olive oil will get rid of gum disease quickly...Also take 5 grams of vit C a day...Drink a lot of water for you diabetes (preferably 8 glasses a day) and take sea salt with all your meals and your diabetes will subside...

There are other oils you can use for oil pulling that are listed on this site. Oil pulling will get rid of any gum disease. ANY!

Swishing some water infused w/ Povidone Iodine will destroy the pathogens. Do this at least once daily until you notice improvement.

CoQ10 or Ubiquinol taken w/ broad spectrum Vit-E is also good for gum disease.
