Health Starting To Deteriorate - Researching Remedies

Hi everyone

1st post so be kind haha...

I've been doing my own research on natural remedies since I ended up with pneumonia 2022 mid covid if you like, no vaccines taken. I stumbled across colloidal silver on twitter, joined a few pages on social media, learned how to brew my own and nebulise it, drink it, spray it on myself etc. I also learned about mullein which I have recently harvested and made a tincture from. I am 51 now and starting to see a bit of health deteriorating a wee bit, slipped disc L4 L5 area few years ago, pneumonia, gout, neck pain to add. Antibiotics from hospital when I had pneumonia cleaned the goodness out of me in my opinion. I read up about FGHP and borax too. I have all these to hand now in my cupboards and fridge but have too much rattling about in my head what to take and when to take it! I have enough potions now to help me but not sure when and how I should take them, especially FGHP? I was taking 1/8tsp of borax in my coffee but the notion wore off or I'd forget, same with the Mullein, when I remember, if I feel a sniffle coming on I'll get my nebuliser out with colloidal silver. I know consistency is key! Thanks for reading just thought I'd introduce myself and see what others think or can relate. Thanks Steven

Try the 5 ingred heart tonic on this website. It's so full of "goodies" for the human body it's almost miraculous. As far as the slipped disc, an inversion table is excellent for that. The best way to use an inversion table is several times a day vs all at once. First time about 10-15 seconds, then repeat about every hour until you feel better. I usually use mine everyday, in the am and pm.
